Ways to pay
 

The customer can pay with a credit or debit card, via PagSeguro or Paypal, with all the facilities they offer!

The compensation term varies according to the payment type:

• EFT - up to 8 working hours after the end of the transition.

• Credit card – up to 48 working hours, being able to extend.*

• PagSeguro or Paypal balance – immediate.

 

This compensation period may be exceeded in the event of system issues, large flow of transactions or even holidays, among other atypical situations.

Registrations
 

At the end of your purchases a small registration should be filled in. You will then be directed to the PagSeguro or Paypal website (our payment partners), and will make a second registration (within the PagSeguro or Paypal website). The addresses on both websites must be the same.

On the PagSeguro or Paypal website, the customer can inform if they want the product to be delivered to their billing address or elsewhere. Choose which form is right for you.

The product will be shipped to the address that was registered in the PagSeguro or Paypal website.

 

We are not responsible for the merchandise loss due to the incorrect filling of the registration form (wrong, nonexistent, distinct and/or old addresses).  

Chargeback
 

If the user has made the payment using a credit card, the chargeback will be sent to the card manager and will be considered according to the closing date of the buyer's invoice, that is, between a current or next invoice.

If the user made the payment using a payment slip, bank transfer, online direct debit or transfer between PagSeguro accounts, the amount will be credited and linked to the email address used by buyer at the time of the purchase, and if he/she hasn't created an account on PagSeguro yet, it will be necessary to do so in order that they can retrieve the value, informing the same email address used at the moment of the checkout. Once it's all done, the value will be converted into credit on their PagSeguro account and will be available for a new purchase or to be withdrawn from the buyer's bank account.

Transactions fees charged by PagSeguro will be automatically discounted from the chargeback value, this unfortunately does not depend on RYXL Ruby Yallouz Extra Large. These are amounts charged by the transaction.

Warning: in case of product return due to withdrawal of purchase, the buyer has the right to a refund of the original order value. However, the return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility. 

 

Refunds will be processed upon receipt and analysis of the conditions of the product by our technical team. In this case, the Conditions for Product Return due to Withdrawal from Purchase will be respected.

* In case of any damage, the buyer has seven days upon product delivery to request a return. After this period, PagSeguro finalizes the purchase and refunding is no longer possible.

Shipping and deadlines
 

We use post office services for shipping. Shipping calculation is exclusively made by the post office. The calculation will be made based on the weight of all the pieces purchased and type of shipping. At checkout, the person will be able to choose between PAC, SEDEX or other. 

At this time we are only using PAC sending. If you want another type of shipping, please contact us by email before making the purchase.

After the payment confirmation, the order will be posted within 5 business days (always on Tuesdays and Fridays) - If there is any kind of urgency, please contact us at atendimento.ryxl@gmail.com.

In the case of orders: Domestic orders will arrive within 10 days and international orders will arrive from 30 to 60 days.

On all orders, a tracking number will be provided. This way the customer will be able to track the purchase until it gets to its destination.

RYXL Ruby Yallouz Extra Large is not responsible for any kind of delay from the post office. During festive season, order the product ahead to avoid delays.

In case an international order delivery exceeds 70 days, the buyer should contact us so we can reach an agreement, as it probably got lost in the mail.

* The order will be well packed, but unfortunately the mail might handle it poorly. If this happens, submit a complaint through the mail website.

 

Replacement
 

The consumer has the right to replace the product in case of defect or withdrawal provided it occurs within 7 business days of delivery. We will not accept complaints/exchanges after 7 calendar days.

To exchange a product, the customer needs to communicate the store via email, stating the order number, date of purchase and reference of the item to be exchanged.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, protected and in perfect condition. It's not necessary to purchase the packaging sold at the post office.

Important: We only accept returns after the communication is confirmed on time.

If we send the wrong product, please contact us so we can solve the situation without prejudice.

The returned product must not have been used, we only accept new and labeled products. The RYXL Ruby Yallouz Extra Large identification tag must not be violated, it must be attached to the piece still and the product may not show any evidence of use.

Items that disallow replacement:

• No damage (not finding the defect pointed out by the customer)

• Missing product identification tag

• Signs of usage

• Signs of accidental damage

Warning: The product that does not meet the conditions required above will not be accepted and will be returned to the original address. Therefore, the shipping cost of the product to RYXL Ruby Yallouz Extra Large, as well as the return to the buyer's home will be of their responsibility.

In the absence of the same model in stock, the customer will be notified and may choose another model to exchange between the options on the site, or wait for a new production. If there is a price difference between the chosen product and the returned one, payment of the difference shall be provided.

If the price between the chosen product and the claimed one is different, payment of the difference should be provided.

So be aware: you have 7 days after receipt to request a return. After this period PagSeguro finalizes the sale and we will not be able to request a refund.

Warning: In the case of product return due to withdrawal, the buyer has the right to a refund of the original order value. The return shipping cost to RYXL Ruby Yallouz Extra Large is their responsibility. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and review of product conditions by our technical team. The conditions for product return due to withdrawal of purchase will be respected in this case.

 

Privacy policy

All data registered in this store strictly follow an absolute confidentiality protocol, we act in a protected and secure manner.

 

Registration is required to make a purchase through the store. All customer data is stored for the customer's own use only. Personal data is not revealed. We use this information only to process the orders, to keep the person up to date with said order and to customize their shopping experience with us.
